Call me crazy, but I too have started making little hexagons for The Beekeeper’s Quilt by Tiny Owl Knits. I’ve been playing around with a few design ideas. I’ve decided that my blanket will be mostly shades of gray with some pops of color here and there. I already have one super rainbow blanket in the works and I just wanted this one to be more mellow. I am so in love with it already.
I seriously want to make this. :O But I don’t have enough scraps of sock yarn. D:
I’ve made a few hexipuffs* with Ultra Alpaca scraps, which is worsted weight. They are slightly larger than described in the pattern, but I can live with that. Work with whatever you got, college girl. THE BEEKEEPER COMPELS YOU. :: wiggley fingers ::
